Recent Settlement Information
It is a very serious responsibility we assume when a client trusts us with a claim of serious injury or death. So many cases have an emotional impact upon us as lawyers. It has been a privilege to have been involved in all of the cases we accepted over the past 26 years. A few recent cases that have afforded us the opportunity to have helped good people undergoing difficult times include:
· $2,520,000 truck crash
cases out of Ohio
· $1,600,000 truck crash case out of Arizona
· $700,000 construction accident in Illinois
· $900,000 burn case from a truck crash in Chicago
· $825,000 gun shot claim arising out of an accident in Aurora, Illinois
· $800,000 death claim in a Kansas truck crash (Kansas unfortunately
and unfairly caps non-economic damages at $250,000)
· $469,000 verdict in Kane County, Illinois involving a motor vehicle
accident resulting in Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
· $670,000 for a construction worker that fell through a construction
site hole
· $775,000 for a laborer who stepped in an unguarded window well
· $1,200,000 (structured) for a 12 year old struck by a garbage truck
Cases expected to be tried in the next 12 months include:

emergency room four times and being sent home three times, until it was too
late and she died. (Will County)

and serious injury. (McHenry County)
