· $825,000 gun shot claim arising out of an accident in Aurora, Illinois
· $800,000 death claim in a Kansas truck crash (Kansas unfortunately and unfairly caps non-economic damages at $250,000)
· $469,000 verdict in Kane County, Illinois involving a motor vehicle accident resulting in Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
· $670,000 for a construction worker that fell through a construction site hole
· $775,000 for a laborer who stepped in an unguarded window well
· $1,200,000 (structured) for a 12 year old struck by a garbage truck

Cases expected to be tried in the next 12 months include:

· An infant taken to an emergency room four times and being sent home three times, until it was too late and she died. (Will County)
